Friday, May 6:

• 6:15 a.m. - Polar Bear (Families Welcome)
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Registration & Information Desk Open (Peck Room)
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Kenerson Welcome Center Open to Families
• 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - 6th & 7th Grade Gates Competition (Wallach)
• 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - School Store Open
• 12:40 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Buffet Lunch (Families Welcome)
• 1:30 p.m. - Campus Tours for Grandparents (Meet at Clark-Morgan Hall)
• 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Athletic Practices for 8th & 9th Graders (Families welcome to watch)
• 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Gates Finalist Presentations (Humann Theatre)
• 3:00 p.m. - Secondary School Counseling Meeting for 8th Grade Parents (Chapel)
• 4:00 p.m. - Head of School Reception for Families (Frieze House)
• 6:00 p.m. - Buffet Dinner (Families Welcome)
• 7:30 p.m. - Quiet Time in Dorms
• 9:00 p.m. - Students must return for lights out

Saturday, May 7:

• 7:05 a.m. - Polar Bear (Families Welcome)

• 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Kenerson Welcome Center Open to Families
• 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Gates Awards Presentations for 6th & 7th Grade Parents (Humann)
• 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - School Store Open
• 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Abbreviated Class Schedule (Families Welcome)
• 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Art Exhibition Open (Wallach)
• 12:40 p.m. to 1: 30 p.m. - Community Cookout Lunch (Families Welcome)
• 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Athletic Contests
• 6:15 p.m. - Buffet Dinner

Like other open weekends, students who have submitted a request to spend the weekend with their families off campus may depart after their athletic contest on Saturday, May 7. All students must return to campus by 7 p.m. Sunday evening.
