Friday, October 18, 2024:

• 7:30 a.m.—4:00 p.m.: Parent Registration, Peck Room
• 8:00 a.m.—3:30 p.m.: Reception Area Open to Parents, Kenerson Center
• 8:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m.: Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences, Various Locations
• 8:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m.: School Store Open, Lower Level Cardigan Commons
• 11:30 a.m.—12:00 p.m.: Buffet Lunch First Seating, Kenly Dining Hall
• 12:00–12:30 p.m.: Rowing Program Dedication, Waterfront
• 12:30—1:30 p.m.: Buffet Lunch Second Seating, Kenly Dining Hall
• 1:00–2:00 p.m.: Secondary School Panel for 9th grade students and families, Chapel
• 3:30—5:00 p.m.: Pre-Auction Reception, Kirk Library
• 5:00—6:00 p.m.: Cardigan’s 36th Annual Auction, Humann Theatre
• 6:00—7:30 p.m.: Cookout Dinner, Campbell Field
• 6:30—8:00 p.m.: Friday Night Lights Soccer (Varsity vs. Holderness), Campbell Field
• 9:00 p.m.: Students Return to Dorms 

Saturday, October 19, 2024:

• 6:00 p.m.: All students must depart campus

Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences

PEAKS Coaches will be reaching out to families between Thursday, September 26 and Monday, September 30 in order to schedule your parent-student-teacher conferences.

Departing for Fall Long Weekend

• Students must check out with athletic coaches or the AOD after their last commitment.
• Students in grades 6–8 are due back on campus on Wednesday, October 23 between 5:00–9:00 p.m.
• Students in grade 9 are due back on campus on Friday, October 25 before their athletic commitment.
• Nurses are available for medication pick-up at Hamilton Health Center in Hinman Hall.
• We ask all families to submit the travel form so that we know how our students are traveling to and from campus.
