Ryan Frost Nominated to NEPSAC Executive Board

Many Cardigan Cougar teams compete in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council, or NEPSAC, as most people refer to it. In January, Cardigan Athletic Director Ryan Frost was nominated to the NEPSAC Executive Board, becoming the first middle school representative to the board in the council’s 78-year history.

“I’m excited … I’m proud … I’m honored to have been elected to the executive board by my peers,” says Coach Frost, who has spent the majority of the last decade–eight years–as NEPSAC’s District II secretary and middle school representative. “I’m really looking forward to working closely with my fellow board members. NEPSAC has enjoyed outstanding leadership throughout the years, and I’m anxious to help play a part in successfully responding to whatever challenges we may face in the future.”
