Athletics Update from Coach Frost

Dear Cardigan Student-Athletes,

Starting Wednesday, April 8th, the Cardigan Athletic Department will provide remote athletic opportunities on the Cardigan Community page of PowerSchool. The content is for all abilities and locations, allowing each of you to follow as it fits into your settings. The program will be delivered through Cardigan’s PowerSchool platform using video tutorials, social media, community exercises, and a multitude of activities to help our community live a balanced lifestyle and continue to excel in their various athletic and academic endeavors. At this time, our content is optional and designed to fit into your current lifestyle. 

What to Expect from our Athletic Distance Learning Program:

  • Home fitness programing

  • Sport-specific skill drills and videos 

  • Active study break routines 

  • Stretching, warmup, and cooldown tutorials and videos

  • Mindfulness/yoga videos 

  • Nutritional information

  • Weekly challenge

  • Community-building videos
