Spring Break Lacrosse Trip
This optional trip is open to all lacrosse players, but eighth and ninth-graders will have priority if interest exceeds capacity. Families are welcome to accompany their boys on the trip, but please understand that our itinerary will focus on preparing for the upcoming season.
We will train and play in Delray Beach, Florida. Students should arrive at the Fort Lauderdale Airport on March 21, 2024, and we will return to school on a group flight ticket on Monday, March 25, 2024.
The preliminary trip details are outlined below, and here is a sample itinerary and packing list from previous trips.
What: Optional Cardigan Spring Break Lacrosse Training Trip
Who: Open to all lacrosse players (priority is given to eighth and ninth-graders)
Cost: Estimated between $1,600.00 - $1,800.00
Deposit: $800 due on or before 12/1/23 (non-refundable)
Balance Payment: due on or before 1/27/24 (non-refundable)
Schedule: Students will arrive at Fort Lauderdale Airport on March 21, 2024, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Our coaches will meet them there. This airfare is not included in the trip cost, as players will come from many different areas to meet in Florida.
We will train and play in Delray Beach, Florida, on March 21-24, 2024. We will return to school on a group flight ticket on Monday, March 25th, 2024.
Trip Accommodations: We will stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott, 1111 E. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, Florida.
Travel in Florida: We will travel via rental vans with coaches as drivers.
Meals in Florida: All meals are included in the trip cost.
Return trip: We will fly back to Cardigan as a group on Monday, March 25th, on a group-ticketed flight. This airfare and the transportation back to school are included in the trip's price.
