A total team effort helped the Cardigan JV Lacrosse Team defeat Eaglebrook; 5-3. Leopold Dorilas '19 and Gabe Abdeen '19 had notable games. Masa Enomoto '19 was great at midfield. The Cougars played together and played smart in the fourth quarter protecting the lead over the final three minutes.

The Cougars headed North to battle White Mountain School. A slow second quarter proved the difference as the Cougars trailed 1-6 at the half. Three stars were Aiden Thede '20 with two assists, Gabriel Abdeen '19 who scored a long-range goal and Otto Pitkanen '19, whose hustle inspired his teammates.
The Cougars hosted their first home game of the season and tore ahead 4-0 in the first quarter. Hanover scored two, and it was 4-2 at the half. The Marauders tied the game 5-5 in the third quarter, but the Cougars went up 7-6 in the fourth quarter and made a solid defensive stop with 50 seconds to play; caused a turnover and scored an insurance goal to win 8-6.
The JV Lacrosse team traveled to Woodstock and earned an 8-2 win. Boo Pilaro '20 was solid in net, cleared well, and assisted a goal. Jack Armstrong '19 and Zach Hawthorne '20 starred on offense. Otto Pitkanen '19 scored his first goal. Alex Pilliod '19 and Gabe Abdeen '19 registered beautiful assists.
