Hal Gartner

Head Coach

Coach Gartner is in his ninth season with the wrestling program, having started as an assistant before taking over as head coach two years ago. In his first year leading the program, the team achieved an undefeated dual meet record and placed second at the New Jr. Prep Championship. Emphasizing fundamentals and character development, the Cardigan program has produced numerous high school wrestlers and several outstanding collegiate athletes.
