Director of Facilities

Cardigan Mountain School seeks a skilled and experienced professional to manage the operations and maintenance of the School’s physical plant. The position is a 12-month, full-time, exempt position, and requires some weekend and evening hours. Reporting to the CFO/Assistant Head of School, the Director of Facilities is responsible for proactive oversight of the School’s physical campus, including maintenance, repair, and improvements of all buildings, security, school-owned residences, grounds, water system, athletic fields, vehicles, and other equipment. This position manages our facilities staff, including skilled trades, grounds, and housekeeping. The Director of Facilities will work closely with Director of Planning & Construction in the planning and execution of campus projects outlined in the Strategic Plan. Dean of Faculty

The Dean of Faculty manages and supports the faculty at Cardigan Mountain School, and holds primary responsibility for the recruitment, development, and retention of outstanding teachers.
